The rally is run by a small group of dedicated volunteers who work throughout the year to welcome pilots and the community.
Why help
Be part of the lift
Volunteer work can happen before, during, and after rally weekend. Examples may include visitor welcome, setup, merchandise support, communications, cleanup, and logistics—but current roles, training, and shift requirements still need organizer confirmation.
Safety comes first. Volunteers should only perform assigned work after any required briefing or training.
