Weather & launch decisions

Safety is at the heart of every launch decision. Before each flight, event officials evaluate current weather and field conditions to determine whether it is safe to fly. Balloons launch only when conditions support a safe experience for pilots, crews, volunteers, and spectators. For the most up-to-date launch information and weekend updates, be sure to follow the Great Prosser Balloon Rally Facebook page.
